I purchased an new Autosleeper Windsor on a transit base in June 2007. It is a good practical design. The transit base is excellent and pulls well on all roads and hills. The quality of the conversion is let down by a continuing problem of wrinkling of the wall and ceiling linings in the bathroom area. This first appeared within 4 weeks of collecting the vehicle. It has been returned to the factory 3 times for the wrinkling around bathroom window, wall cabinet and roof vent to be rectified. The wrinkles and bulges are removed on each visit but reapper within 2 to 3 months. The bathroom shower has never been used because of this recurring problem. The factory seems incapable of permanently rectifying this unsightly fault, which ruins an otherwise comfortable vehicle. It has not been a good experience from a manufacturer that claims to be “defined by quality” and has “50 years experience” in producing conversions
